The shipping methods and costs are visible after adding items to your cart and entering your address. They vary by country.
FedEx International Priority:
Main method, usually 3-7 days delivery. Longer during busy or holiday seasons. Doorstep delivery. Track and arrange via the FedEx Mobile App.
Japan Post EMS:
Most economical for Asia and Oceania, typically 5-10 days delivery. Signature Required. Handled by Japan Post in Japan and local postal services in your country (e.g., Australia Post, Canada Post).
Shipping Cost:
Varies by country and product. Visible post-login, after adding items to cart.
Handling Time:
Orders shipped within 2-3 business days. May extend to 3-5 days due to holidays or high demand.
Special Notes:
USA: No P.O. BOX addresses for FedEx.
Italy/Brazil: Include tax code in shipping address.
Remote Areas for FedEx:
Additional charges for remote areas. Consultation via email for payment difference, switch to EMS, or order cancellation. Monthly updates on remote areas.
Returns:
FedEx: No refunds for any returns due to "Refuse", "Customs Duties", "Absence", "No Responce"or "Incorrect Address" etc...
EMS: 70% product refund (30% handling fee) for any returns due to the same reason as above. No shipping cost refund.
Other Conditions:
FedEx may require switching to EMS for oversized packages. All shipping information serves as a guideline; adjustments made as needed.
