If we determine that your conduct falls under any of the following prohibited acts, we will refuse your future use of our website without notice and will not respond to any further inquiries.
1.Opening dispute/chargeback case
We always do respond to all troubles such as non-delivery or product defects.
The customer can at least request a return. We will accept it in any case.The procedure is as described in our return policy.
Or if not delivered, we will offer the investigation to shipping company and if the pack is lost, we will refund all.
The customer has no reason to suddenly open dispute in our store.
2.Not factual slander / Verbal abuse and foul language
Anyone can freely express their opinions about our store anywhere.
However, if that is not true, we will consider that the customer has interfered with our business and will refuse further use.
And if there is any abusive language or foul language(including any dirty words, All caps sentence),
or If you are too excited, furious from the start, and unlikely to have a calm discussion,
you will not be allowed to use the site without notice. All orders will be cancelled.We reserve the right to decide that.
3.One-sided demand
Repeatedly demanding that we unilaterally follow your convenience without our consideration.
For example,repeatedly requesting to ship by other shipping method we don't use or asking for discounts or requesting that we provide you with a service that we don't provide.
4.Purchasing items from our store for the purpose of reselling (Over the limit of purchase quantity)
Our store does not allow any use for the purpose of selling. We have internal criteria to determine if a buyer is for the purpose of selling. If we determine that a purchase is for the purpose of selling, we will refuse any further use without discussion and account will be locked. We will cancel any orders that have not been shipped.
